I also want to point out that there was another smaller short-term rental place going up just behind the main chalet that was previously announced. I have not been by this year so I don't know if this is still being developed and built or what the status is. I'll see if I can follow up.

Overall, having a hotel at the mountain is really a big deal. It should attract more business and allow for future growth of the ski mountain. As we all know, Bob Sudermann is a true skier at heart and deeply loves MSM so these types of development can really help him grow the mountain into something even more special. I'm really excited.
