More activities than ever this summer at Mont SUTTON!

The summer of 2017 promises to be fun-filled at Mont SUTTON! There will be even more activities for outdoor lovers: mountain bike, races offering different challenges, hiking, National Swiss Day… in short, tons of good reasons to be active and enjoy the outdoor this summer!

New partnerships for the outdoor lovers

Plein Air Sutton / MTB, a non-profit organization, in partnership with Mont SUTTON, will offer 25 km of cross-country single track and double track mountain biking trails for all skill levels as early as June 17 of this year. The meeting point will be at Mont SUTTON's main chalet, where the resort's facilities will be available to trail users: parking lots, ticket office, bathrooms, bike washing station, fatbike and mountain bike rental, Boutique Expérience SUTTON, and small restaurant service.

Starting also on June 17 on Mont SUTTON's trails, Call of Valhalla invites groups of friends, families, or colleagues to reconnect with the Viking inside them while taking up the ultimate challenge: complete 16 obstacles on 8 km. Important to note: no obstacles can be crossed alone! Participants will have to display intelligence, courage, and energy to succeed in this new type of team building.

Must-see classics

Summer classics will of course be back in 2017. The Xtrail, one of the top 10 trail races in Canada available in different distances, will take place on May 27. The Xman, an obstacle race with around forty military type osbtacles, will take place on June 3 and 4. Everyone is welcomed: athlete or not… adults and children!

Like every summer, the Federation of Swiss Societies of Eastern Canada Inc. organizes the most important National Swiss Day after the one celebrated in Swiss at Mont SUTTON. This year, the 41st edition will take place on July 29. It's the ideal place to discover the Swiss culture in a festive outdoor atmosphere.

The Parc d'environnement naturel de Sutton also allows hikers to discover over 52 km of hiking trails for every skill level directly on Sutton mountains massif.

A pleasant summer in perspective... with even more activities to come in the destination!
